GARMENT CARE - THE GUIDE

POLYAMIDE & POLYESTER

Garments with this synthetic fibers are not as breathable like natural fibers. If your garment is not dirty, we recommend avoiding washing when it's not dirty. Just let it breathe.. Polyester and polyamide, are durable, versatile, and easy to wear; however, we should take precautions:

- WASHING & DRYING; with cold water (30º its the better), fabric softener and mild detergent. Wash hand or machine wash, but using programs with low spin.

Air dry without direct sunlight exposure. If this happens, it may cause the piece to lose its color.

VISCOSE

Viscose is a semi-synthetic fabric, created as a cheaper artificial alternative to silk, resulting from the extraction of cellulose fibers from the core of certain trees.

Fabrics with viscose are relatively easy to wear and care:

- WASHING & DRYING; washed with cold water and mild detergent and fabric softener. We do not advise the use of the washing machine because repeated machine washing can break down its fibers and make the garment less durable. Occasional machine washing is acceptable if it's not a regular practice.

Air dry without direct sunlight exposure. If this happens, it may cause the piece to lose its color.

COTTON

Cotton is a natural and confortable fiber. The fabrics mixes with cotton are easy to use and take care of.

- WASHING & DRYING; always be washed in cold water with a soft detergent and softener. Don't recommend the use of machine tension and torcion programs, because just like viscose, excessive use of the washing machine can break down its fibers over time.

Air dry without direct sunlight exposure. If this happens, it may cause the piece to lose its color.

Cotton garments should be stored folded and not hung to prevent them from losing their shape.

LINEN

Linen is a natural fiber. Which may present imperfections in its texture resulting from the material itself.

- WASHING & DRYING; with cold water (30º max). We also recommend hand washing as it's always better, although machine washing with cold water won't cause much damage. What you should never do is use a high spin cycle to avoid breaking its fibers. After a few washes, if the linen has color, it will become less vibrant. This is because linen absorbs a lot but also releases easily during washing.
Linen wrinkles very easily. We advise ironing your garment when it's moderately damp (it will be easier)
Just like cotton, the recommendations regarding the storage of the garment are similar, should be stored folded and not hung to prevent them from losing their shape.
